The Radiance Reset: A 5 minute practice to reclaim your day.

Life can feel overwhelming, between work, family and responsibilities, it's easy to lose touch with yourself. That's when I turn to the Radiance Reset: A simple, 5 minute ritual that helps you pause, breathe and reconnect.


Step 1 ~ Pause


Stop whatever you're doing. Put your phone down. Close your laptop. give yourself permission to pause.


Step 2 ~ Breathe


Take 3 deep, slow breaths. Inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth. With each breath, imagine letting go of tension.


Step 3 ~ Anchor


Place your hands on your heart. Say to yourself "I am safe. I am present. I am enough".


Step 4 ~ Reset


Decide on one small, kind action to take next. Drink water, step outside, stretch or simply smile.


This 5 minute reset can shift your entire day and bring you back to a place of calm confidence.
