Where it all began

For years. I lived according to who I thought I "should" be, pleasing others, pushing through, and ignoring the quiet voice inside me. But after a major life shift in my 30s, I realised something was missing. I craved clarity, confidence and a deeper connection to myself. That's when I began doing the inner work. Slowly, gently, I rebuilt. I journaled, I sat with my fears. I learned to listen to my intuition again. And in that process, Rooted Radiance was born. A reflection of everything I have learned, and everything I now share with other women navigating their own transitions.
