What to do instead
Pause without guilt

Reassess your boundaries
Are you saying yes when your soul needs a no? It's time to protect your energy.
Honour your values
Burnout often happens when your day-to-day life is out of sync with what matters most.
Reconnect with joy
Find one thing that lights you up ~ even for 5 minutes. Small joy refuels resilience.
Seek support
You don't have to carry it all alone. Coaching, community, or therapy can help guide you back to yourself.
Burnout is not your end point. It's a turning point. An invitation to come home to your body, your needs and your truth.
