Surviving my narcissistic father: Why I created Rooted Radiance to help women rise.

Growing up with narcissistic father was like living in a house with glass walls ~ always being watched, always being judged, never really being seen ~ I survived my narcissistic father.
On the outside, we looked like a "normal family". But behind closed doors, everything revolved around his moods, his needs, his version of the truth. My feelings didn't matter. My boundaries didn't exist. And my voice? Silenced before it was even formed.
As a child, I learned to walk on eggshells, to read the rom before I entered it, to shrink myself so I wouldn't take up too much space. I became the peacemaker, the performer, the good girl. But the cost was high. I lost connection to myself. I didn't know what safety felt like ~ not emotionally, not mentally, not even in my own body.
Years later, healing wasn't a single moment ~ it was a thousand tiny choices. Choosing therapy. Choosing boundaries. Choosing truth, even when it had shook everything I had built to protect myself. And ultimately, choosing me.
That journey ~ of coming home to myself ~ is why I created Rooted Radiance UK.
I wanted to build a space where women who had been silenced, dismissed, or made to feel "too much" could reconnect with their power and their worth. A space where healing is guided gently, with compassion and integrity. A space where confidence is grown from the inside out ~ not by becoming someone new, but by remembering who we've always been.
Rooted Radiance UK is more than a coaching program ~ It's a return to self. It's for every woman who has ever asked "Am I allowed to take up space?" The answer is yes. Always yes.
To the daughters of narcissists. To the women rebuilding after emotional abuse. To the ones who carry invisible scars and still choose to rise ~ you are not alone.
You are worthy. You are radiant. You are home.
If this speaks to your story, I invite you to explore Rooted Radiance UK.
